ILB batching system
Our customer ILB pipelines required a new batch system to measure production, reduce product loss and reduce downtimes. The client frequently had to replace most of its hardware due the harsh environment of the plant.
Celtar proposed a new solution integrating Ignition+ Pepperl Fuchs that included:
- Development a new PLC and HMI software for application that included Web consulting and mobile access for real time reporting,
- RFID QR connectivity with Pepperl + Fuch handled reader,
- Industrial historian and Customizable dashboards
- Build and install of new control cabinet adjusted for a severe environment.
